Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 60 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the bed and pack all components into the original shipping boxes to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your items are packed, we will help you coordinate a convenient freight pickup time or provide pre-paid shipping labels for smaller components.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
